Here's how it works:
For every 10 hanks of Czech hanks you purchase, you get one free, of equal or lesser value. After you have purchased the 10th hank you can get your next one free by placing the code number and color description in the COMMENTS section of the shopping cart page before you check out of the cart.

Remember, do not put your free choice in the list of things you are purchasing, or you will be automatically charged for it - be sure to put it in the COMMENTS section of your order!!!!

We will keep track of your on-going total. Whenever you hit the magic *10* you will be eligible for the next one free. If you need to know your total at any time, just call or e-mail. Please note - there is no cross-over between the Czech hanks and Japanese Delica totals; they add up separately.

 
Method of Shipping:
We ship all small packages via Priority Mail, Insured, with Delivery Confirmation
* If you don't want to pay for Insurance and risk the loss of your beads, you MUST indicate this on your order form in the Comments section
* If you choose to forego insurance and your package is lost, we do not send a refund
Heavy packages may go via UPS if it is more cost effective
International shipments are sent the least costly and quickest way, determined on an individual basis

Returns:
If you receive an item you don't like or can't use, you may return it -
if it is in same condition as when we shipped it!
Returns will be issued a credit, less a 15% restocking fee.
Please re-wrap the item carefully and include a copy of your invoice.
